LEDCO Acquires CHARGEGUARD, Inc.
Combined Product Offerings Create Leading Mobile Computing Solutions
Plymouth, MI—February 5, 2008—LEDCO announced today the completion of its acquisition of CHARGEGUARD, Inc, a leading provider of mobile battery protection products. The purchase extends LEDCO’s portfolio in mobile computing solutions and peripherals for its customers in the public safety, telecom/commercial, federal government and military sectors.
